Xiaomi is preparing to launch a new smartphone in India under the Redmi Note 17 Pro series. The company officially announced that this series will be equipped with a 10,000 mAh battery, and the launch is scheduled for September 15 in India.
According to information published by the company on its official portal, the 10,000 mAh battery will provide more than four days of battery life. Xiaomi positions this gadget as the most outstanding among the Note models.
The official Xiaomi portal presents two devices within the Redmi Note 17 Pro series. Both smartphones will feature a dual rear camera, but they differ in camera sensor and LED flash placement.
The series will include two devices: the Redmi Note 17 Pro and the Redmi Note 17 Pro MAX. It is the Redmi Note 17 Pro MAX model that will receive the 10,000 mAh battery.
The Redmi Note 17 Pro model will feature a 6.83-inch display with 1.5K AMOLED technology, supporting a 120Hz refresh rate. Additionally, it will have a peak brightness of 3500 nits and a touch sensor sampling rate of 3200 Hz.
Regarding the processor, the Redmi Note 17 Pro Max will use the Snapdragon 6 Gen 5 chipset and offer 512GB of internal storage, making it oriented towards high performance.
The Note 17 Pro Max model will be equipped with a 10,000 mAh silicone battery and support 100W fast charging, although the company has not yet disclosed details about the charging speed. In terms of photography, the Note 17 Pro Max will have a 50MP main sensor with optical image stabilization (OIS), as well as an 8-megapixel ultra-wide-angle lens. A 32-megapixel camera is provided for selfies.
