You can prepare a delicious and chocolatey treat using only the cookies you have at home. The advantage of this recipe is that it does not require turning on the stove, and you do not need to spend much time in the kitchen.
With simple ingredients available at home, you can quickly create a chocolate dessert that looks appetizing and tastes as good as store-bought sweets. This option is ideal for those who prefer simple recipes without wanting to deal with complex culinary delicacies.
This dessert, made from common products such as cookies, cocoa powder, and condensed milk, is an excellent choice. It is suitable both for special treats for children and for entertaining guests or simply for personal enjoyment. This simple recipe will significantly simplify the process.
What is needed for the chocolate dessert?
You do not need a large quantity of ingredients to create this chocolate treat.
How to make the chocolate treat?
The first step is to crush the cookies into small pieces, and then blend them in a blender until they reach a fine crumb consistency. It is important to achieve the finest grind possible so that the texture of the finished dessert is perfect. If a blender is unavailable, the cookies can be thoroughly crushed using a rolling pin placed inside a resealable bag.
Next, mix the resulting cookie crumbs in a large bowl with cocoa powder, finely chopped cashews and almonds, and coconut flakes. Then, gradually add the condensed milk while constantly stirring the mixture.
If the mass seems dry, you can add a little milk. However, be careful not to add too much milk at once, so that the mixture does not become excessively liquid.
After all components are well mixed, knead the mass slightly by hand. The mixture should hold together easily and not crumble in your hand. After this, it is recommended to leave it for about 5–10 minutes to allow it to stabilize slightly and become easier to shape.
Now, form small balls from the prepared mass. They can be made in the shape of laddus or slightly flattened to resemble bonbons. For children, special small molds can be used to make the dessert more interesting.
To decorate the dessert and make it more attractive, you can sprinkle it with chocolate shavings, crushed cashews, almonds, or coconut flakes on top. A small cashew can also be placed on top. This will give the homemade dessert a beautiful appearance.
Finally, place the finished sweet in a plate or airtight container and refrigerate for 30–60 minutes. Once the dessert is completely chilled and set, it can be served.
