A fifteen-year-old girl managed to avoid an attack in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, and this moment was captured on video. According to information provided by g1, the incident occurred on Friday when the student was returning from school.
She was stopped by a person in a car with tinted windows. Thinking it was a robbery, she handed him her mobile phone. The man, who claimed to be armed, then pulled the girl into the vehicle, and she sat in the front seat.
However, the teenager took advantage of the attacker's carelessness, who was distracted while driving. The girl opened the door and jumped out of the car. The victim's father explained: 'When he turned his head, she opened the car door and jumped out. She hit her head on the road and scraped her knee.'
At that moment, another car was driving behind the vehicle carrying the victim and the attacker and braked sharply. Despite some injuries, the girl managed to hide in a residential complex, while the driver remained with her belongings and fled.
The incident has been registered, and authorities are currently trying to identify the driver who attempted the kidnapping. The inspector overseeing the case also noted that this situation could serve as a warning for other children and teenagers: 'So that they do not approach unfamiliar vehicles.'
