The 'Stella Juva' vehicle, created by Dutch students, has hit the roads as the world's first solar-powered ambulance. Unlike conventional ambulances, it is not limited to transporting patients to the hospital; it delivers medical assistance itself to the most remote areas.
The energy generated by the solar panels installed on the roof is stored in a 50 kWh battery. This allows the vehicle to continue operating even after sunset.
