Five-star Hadis Hotel Opens Near Imam Bukhari Complex

A new five-star Hadis Hotel has opened in the Samarkand region of Uzbekistan. This hotel is located within the Imam Bukhari complex and is intended to accommodate both local and foreign pilgrims.

The opening ceremony was attended by Abdulaziz Akkulov, Chairman of the Tourism Committee of Uzbekistan; Adiz Boboev, Governor of the Samarkand region; Muhammad Irfan Yusuf, Minister of Hajj and Umrah for Indonesia; as well as ambassadors of Indonesia in Uzbekistan and Kazakhstan, investors, representatives of the tourism industry, and partner organizations.

The four-story Hadis Hotel features 120 rooms, accommodating 240 guests. Its services meet international hotel standards, supplemented by national traditions of hospitality and codes of conduct suitable for its proximity to a sacred site.

The Imam Bukhari complex is recognized as one of the significant pilgrimage centers for Muslims from Uzbekistan and other countries. As part of the development of this complex, expansion and the creation of modern infrastructure, including a mosque capable of holding up to 10,000 worshippers simultaneously, are underway at the initiative of the country's president.

Concurrently, there is a growing flow of pilgrims from Indonesia, which increases the demand for international-level hotel infrastructure in the area of the complex. The opening of the Hadis Hotel is designed to expand accommodation options for visitors to the complex and also to promote the development of tourism services in the Samarkand region. Furthermore, the new establishment will create jobs and additional opportunities for local entrepreneurs, farmers, and artisans. This project strengthens the region's potential as a pilgrimage destination and is another example of cooperation between Uzbekistan and Indonesia in the field of tourism.
