The Sarang demonstration helicopter team of the Indian Air Force has arrived in Egypt. This team will participate in the second International Air Show in El Alamein, which will take place from September 8 to 10, 2026, at the El Alamein International Airport.
The Sarang team of the Indian Air Force is the only demonstration team in the world consisting of five helicopters. During their performance, the team will demonstrate the highest level of coordination, professionalism, and flying skills. The Sarang team performs flights on the Advanced Light Helicopter (ALH) Dhruv, which was designed and manufactured in India itself. During the show, the team will present its famous 'Dolphin Dive' maneuver. Additionally, a new maneuver—the 'Spot Stall Turn'—will be presented for the first time.
