Study shows that cooking at home reduces the risk of dementia in the elderly

There is a suggestion that one of the simplest ways to maintain brain activity in old age might be found right in the kitchen. A six-year study conducted in Japan revealed that older adults who cooked at home at least once a week had a lower probability of developing dementia requiring long-term care compared to those who cooked less often.
