The first boarding school with 'smart' system elements, designed to train future police officers, was solemnly opened in Tehran and six provinces of Iran.
The opening ceremony on Saturday was attended by President Masoud Pezeshkian and Police Commander Brigadier General Ahmadreza Radan. These educational institutions are part of a new initiative by the Ministry of Interior aimed at identifying talented students and creating an educational pathway for training highly specialized personnel.
The first school, named after Colonel General Mohammad Bakeri, is located in the fifth district of Tehran. Classes at this school are scheduled to begin in the 2026–2027 academic year. The curriculum includes a combination of academic, technical, sports, and practical training.
