The film 'Mirzapur: The Movie' is gaining popularity in cinemas, generating widespread interest in various scenes. Particular attention is drawn to the intimate scenes featuring Bina Bhabhi, known as Rasrika Duggal. In the film, Bina Tripathi is presented in a new look and story.
Recently, in an interview with ANI, Rasrika Duggal shared details about her role, noting that her character in life does not resemble her by even one percent. She also openly discussed the process of shooting intimate scenes.
Rasrika explained that intimacy coordinators are currently used for filming intimate scenes, which is an extremely important element. These specialists ensure the absence of any unwanted behavior and take into account all participants' concerns. Just as there is a fight master for action scenes, an intimacy coordinator has been appointed for intimate scenes. Joint work is conducted before filming to understand what is comfortable and what is not, for the actor, the partner, and the actress herself.
Next, the team considers how to realize the director's vision. Before starting, the director discusses the details with the actors. If someone feels uncomfortable about any element, they try to find an alternative way to portray that state while avoiding causing discomfort to anyone. Nowadays, all these aspects are coordinated very professionally, and the presence of intimacy coordinators, in her opinion, is a big plus because it allows everyone to feel comfortable.
Rasrika added that intimacy coordinators were not used in the first season of 'Mirzapur'. Although this practice has long been common abroad, it was implemented later in India. She expressed gratitude that their crew and directors were very sensitive and took care of appointing someone as an intimacy coordinator. Rasrika noted that she initially knew which shots would be filmed and how they would look. The director discussed such matters with her in advance so that she could refuse anything if it made her uncomfortable, and this was also given close attention. Nevertheless, she emphasized that the importance of intimacy coordinators should not be underestimated, considering it extremely necessary.
Regarding 'Mirzapur: The Movie', on its first day, the film collected 25.75 crore rupees at the box office. The trend continues on the second day, and thanks to positive reviews, it is expected to earn between 35 to 40 crore rupees on Saturday, although the final figures are yet to be seen.
