Thanks to this feature, users can pay electricity and piped gas bills and top up balances using WhatsApp. This eliminates the need to stand in queues or visit special locations.
Through WhatsApp, users can top up FASTag, mobile phone, and metro card balances. Additionally, users will be able to purchase tickets for the metro and buses.
