The popularity of the series 'Mirzapur' has made its way to the big screen in the form of the film 'Mirzapur'. The new movie, shot while preserving the previous intensity and atmosphere, has received positive reviews on social networks, demonstrating significant audience support.
The box office earnings for the film 'Mirzapur' on its first day of release were quite impressive. Despite active advance ticket sales, the first-day results exceeded expectations. According to data from Sakenilk company, the film is showing in 11 thousand cinemas across the country, bringing in a net income of 24.75 billion rubles. The gross collection reached 29.70 billion rubles, with cinema occupancy at 36.7%.
The popularity of the series was also reflected in the film's success. Among other releases, such as 'Hanuman ANSH', which continues to show good results a month after its release, and the film about the life of Baba Nima Karoli, which earned 10 billion rubles in net income, 'Mirzapur' also attracted great attention from the audience.
Nevertheless, among competitors, such as the film 'Toxic' featuring actor Yasha from Kannada, 'Mirzapur' proved to be more successful. Despite changes in distribution, 'Toxic' could not significantly increase its revenue. Meanwhile, Yasha is preparing for a new role as Ravana in the film 'Ramayana'.
The film 'Mirzapur' was created by director Gurumit Singh, who is also the creator of the series. The cast included Ravi Kishan, Sonal Chauhan, and Mohit Malik. The production of the film was handled by Farhan Akhtar, who is also the creator of this show.
