The twentieth edition of MOTELX, the Lisbon International Horror Film Festival, has established itself as the largest in its history. This event will take place from September 30th to September 13th at Cinema São Jorge in Lisbon, extending for eleven days for the first time.
Furthermore, the Portuguese Cinematheque will host a special section titled 'Lost in Europe: The Terror Behind the Iron Curtain.' Monster Day will also be held for the first time, which will include a monster mask contest.
The festival will kick off with the screening of the film 'Drag,' directed by Raviv Ullman and Greg Yagolnitzer, and produced by Danny DeVito. The closing ceremony will be marked by the exhibition of 'Fall 2: Deadpoint,' starring Michael Spierig and Peter Spierig.
