The project for the Perichón Residence, developed by the ODB Arquitectos team, begins its conception through a meticulous analysis of the environment where it will be built. The starting point is not seen as an empty space to receive a new structure, but rather as an already established location.
The design team considered elements such as the wooded terrain, the clearing available in the middle of the vegetation, and the typical environmental characteristics of the subtropical landscape. The main objective of the design is to occupy this space with the minimum possible modifications to the natural setting.
