The Delhi High Court ruled that the National Testing Agency (NTA) must announce the results of the NEET-UG re-examination for two participants within 24 hours. These results were withheld due to allegations linking the candidates to the leak of examination materials.
Judge Jasmeet Singh noted that the CBI indictment did not name the candidates as accused.
