Tata Realty & Infrastructure has announced the appointment of Gaurav Jain as Managing Director (MD) and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) effective October 1st. This executive possesses over 23 years of experience in the real estate sector.
Tata Realty & Infrastructure Ltd (TRIL), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Tata Sons Private Ltd, is among the country's leading developers. Jain will take over from Sanjay Datta, who became MD and CEO of TRIL in April 2018.
With extensive experience in the real estate sector, Jain has worked at companies such as Birla Estates, Godrej Properties, Mahindra Lifespace Developers Ltd, and Unitech Group. As MD and CEO, he will lead TRIL into its next phase of development, leveraging the company's strong presence across India.
According to the statement, his primary focus will be on strengthening the company's potential and advancing its concept of high-quality, sustainable, and future-ready urban construction.
TRIL Chairman Pravir Sinha noted that Jain has deep expertise in both residential and commercial real estate segments, as well as proven experience in building and scaling businesses. He emphasized that Jain's experience will be crucial in ensuring sustainable growth, given Tata Realty's focus on scale, portfolio strength, and high-potential markets, all while being guided by the Tata Group's philosophy of 'Leadership with Trust' and its unwavering values.
