Numon Mukhamadiev appointed director of the Agency for Insolvency Affairs

Numon Mukhamadiev has been appointed to the position of director of the Agency for Insolvency Affairs under the Ministry of Justice. In this new role, he will serve as deputy minister.

Mukhamadiev has experience working in justice bodies since 2004. During his career, he held various leadership positions both in the Ministry of Justice and the State Services Agency. From 2023 to 2025, he headed the Main Directorate of Justice in Tashkent.

Starting in March 2025, Mukhamadiev already held the post of deputy minister of justice, responsible for areas such as public services, Civil Registry Office (ZAGS), archival affairs, and digitalization processes.

The Agency for Insolvency Affairs itself was established in May 2026. Its functions include developing state policy in this area, as well as regulating and digitizing procedures related to insolvency.

Additionally, it was previously reported that Muksinkhuja Abdurakhmonov became the director of the Migration Agency, replacing Behzod Musaev in that post.
