Residents of the United Arab Emirates can expect clear or partly cloudy weather on Thursday, September 3rd. In the afternoon, there is a possibility of convective cloud formation over the eastern and southern regions, which may lead to precipitation.
According to data from the National Center of Meteorology, conditions will become more humid during Friday night and morning, with fog or haze possible in some coastal and inland areas.
The wind will initially be light or moderate, blowing from the northwest, and then shift to the southeast. In areas where clouds form, the wind may strengthen to fresh or strong, potentially causing dust to rise.
Wind speeds are expected to fluctuate between 10 and 25 km/h, occasionally reaching 45 km/h. Sea conditions in the Arabian Gulf and the Gulf of Oman will be slight or moderate.
The maximum temperature recorded in the country on Wednesday was 47.4°C in Mezair (Al Dhafra region) at 15:30 UAE local time. On Thursday, a temperature increase is forecast: it will reach 44°C in Sharjah, 43°C in Dubai, and 42°C in Abu Dhabi. Minimum temperatures in Sharjah and Abu Dhabi will be 31°C, while Dubai is expected to see 34°C.
