Tashkent Stock Exchange Unveils New Visual Identity

The Tashkent Stock Exchange, whose history dates back to 1994, has presented a new logo reflecting a new stage in the development of Uzbekistan's national capital market.

For a long time, the camel served as the symbol of the exchange, embodying resilience, reliability, and continuous movement. These values are preserved in the new visual identity, but they have received a modern graphic interpretation.

The updated logo includes elements symbolizing the digitalization of the exchange's operations. Dots and pixels denote data flows, completed transactions, and interaction between market participants.

The upward-directed composition visually resembles a stock quote change graph, emphasizing the exchange's focus on growth, development, and expanding opportunities in the stock market.

The name 'Tashkent Stock Exchange' is intended to highlight the exchange's international orientation and strengthen brand recognition in the global financial market. Thus, the new corporate identity combines the exchange's long-standing values with modern technologies.

Trust and stability accumulated over the years of operation have received a new visual expression designed to meet the requirements of the modern financial environment.

The Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Uzbekistan announced the opening of an exhibition of Chinese brand products and the ninth International Exhibition 'Products of Silk Road Countries' in Tashkent. The events started on September 2.

The exhibitions are being held at the CAEx exhibition complex from September 2 to 4. Sherzod Ibragimov, Deputy Chairman of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Uzbekistan, attended the opening ceremony.

These exhibitions provide Uzbek entrepreneurs with the opportunity to interact directly with Chinese companies, find new partners, discuss investment projects, and establish joint production.

The exhibits feature products and technological solutions from various sectors, including digital technology, green energy, smart agriculture, construction, medicine, and pharmaceuticals. Goods from the automotive and textile industries, as well as consumer goods, are also demonstrated.

The business program includes planned B2B meetings and negotiations between company representatives. Discussions are focused on reaching agreements aimed at expanding export and investment opportunities.

The international exhibitions will be available at the CAEx exhibition complex until September 4.

Comedian Shukurillo Isroilov appointed deputy head of Tashkent Culture Department

The well-known Uzbek comedian Shukurillo Isroilov has been appointed as the deputy head of the Tashkent Culture Department. Bekzod Bahromov was appointed to the position of department head.

These personnel changes became known after a meeting with representatives of the capital's cultural and artistic spheres. The meeting discussed plans for implementing industry reforms and defining future tasks.

During the meeting, it was emphasized that efforts must be intensified in Tashkent to implement cultural reforms. Industry employees were instructed to study new regulatory acts in detail and ensure their practical application, including the introduction of new approaches stipulated in relevant resolutions.

The new management was tasked with eliminating existing shortcomings and demonstrating exemplary results in all areas of the capital by the end of the current year. It is stressed that Tashkent, as the capital, should serve as a model for other regions regarding cultural and artistic reforms.

Shukurillo Isroilov was born on January 14, 1970. His education includes graduating from a music school specializing in the rubab, the Tashkent Institute of Arts with a theatrical specialization, and the International Faculty of the Institute of Oriental Studies. He began his concert career in 1982, performing both in Uzbekistan and abroad, including the USA, UAE, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, and Tajikistan. Additionally, Isroilov engages in acting in theater and has participated in film production.
