The National Agency for Advanced Projects of the Republic of Uzbekistan reported that the professional activities of Winvestment Consult LLC as an investment consultant in the securities market of Uzbekistan concluded on September 2, 2026.
The company was removed from the electronic register of professional participants in the securities market after notifying about the voluntary termination of its activities in the field of investment consulting.
This termination was carried out in accordance with Article 44 of the Law of Uzbekistan 'On Licensing, Permitting, and Notification Procedures' and Paragraph 27 of the Regulation on the Procedure for Notifying the Authorized Body about the Commencement or Termination of Activities as an Investment Consultant in the Securities Market.
The mentioned provision was approved by Order No. 19 of the Director of the National Agency for Advanced Projects dated May 7, 2026, and registered on June 9, 2026, under registration number 3852.
After terminating its professional activities, Winvestment Consult duly entered the relevant information into the electronic register of professional participants in the securities market, which is published on the Agency's official website.
