The Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI) has issued directives to major five-star hotels regarding the necessity of implementing a 'zero tolerance' principle concerning food safety issues and other violations ahead of the two-day BRICS summit in the country's capital.
As part of the preparations for this event, FSSAI held a meeting with representatives from leading five-star hotels across the country.
