UPSSSC extends application deadline for UP PET-2026 to September 7

There is good news for candidates participating in the Uttar Pradesh State Preliminary Examination (UP PET-2026). The Uttar Pradesh Staff Selection Commission (UPSSSC) has extended the deadline for submitting online applications for PET-2026. Applicants can now submit their applications until September 7, 2026.

The previously set deadline was September 1, but it has been extended to September 7. This means that candidates will have until September 7 to pay fees and finalize their online application.

The online application process for PET-2026 began on August 3. Following the extension of the deadline, applicants have gained additional time to complete the application submission process. The Commission has urged candidates not to wait until the last day and to complete their applications in a timely manner.

Despite the application deadline being extended to September 7, the final day for making corrections to the application remains September 8. Applicants can make necessary adjustments to their documents within the specified period.

In addition to the extension of deadlines, no changes were made to the fees or other rules regarding the PET-2026 application procedure. Candidates must follow the established procedures and rules when submitting an application. Thus, applicants who have not yet applied for PET-2026 now have the opportunity to fill out the online form until September 7.

According to sources, the commission potentially may publish the final result of this competition on September 10. Thus, the hopes of candidates who have been long awaiting the final results are close to being fulfilled.

As part of this campaign, qualified candidates are planned to be hired for a total of 5369 positions.
