The police department responsible for law and order and crime demonstrated an unusual approach from the head of the police (SP) IPS Rajesh Kumar. When SP arrived at the school for a joint 10+2 project in Bagh, instead of conducting an inspection in an official style, he took on the role of a teacher.
SP sat among the students to talk with them, and then began teaching directly on the board. The students showed enthusiasm upon seeing that SP had suddenly taken on the role of an instructor. He spoke with the girls about their studies and tried to understand their questions. After that, while teaching a lesson on the board, he told the children about the importance of not only studying but also discipline and time.
Motivating the students, the police chief stated that the most important thing for achieving success in life is to define one's goal and constantly work towards achieving it. He advised the children to study regularly, use time effectively, and remain disciplined.
He emphasized that today's efforts will lay the foundation for the children's better future. Therefore, instead of viewing studying as a burden, it should be seen as a means to realize one's own dreams.
This image of SP teaching on the board delighted the students. The girls, who usually saw police officials performing law enforcement duties, perceived the atmosphere differently when they saw SP in the role of a teacher. SP also communicated easily with the children and encouraged them to move forward.
The police chief noted that supporting children's education and contributing to building their bright future is an important societal task. He urged the students to take their studies seriously and start defining their goals for their future right now.
During the visit to the school, not only teachers but also police officers and staff were present. This 'teaching attitude' of SP in Bagh became a topic of discussion, as the officer in uniform taught the children a life lesson, not just the law.
