Minister visited state college in UP, sneaking in through the wall due to closure

The State Minister for Revenue of UP, Surendra Diler, conducted an unscheduled inspection of the state international college in Salpur, located in the Hair constituency in Aligarh. Since it was Sunday, the main entrance to the college was locked, forcing the minister to climb over the wall to gain access to the premises.

During the inspection, it was discovered that five rooms lacked roofs, the fencing was damaged, and sanitary conditions for students were unsatisfactory. Seeing this condition, the minister expressed dissatisfaction and demanded that the Director of the Department of Education (DIOS) and the college director provide a report on expenditures and operations over the last ten years.

Despite the college being closed on Sunday, Minister Surendra Diler did not postpone his inspection. He jumped over the wall and found himself on the college grounds to personally assess the actual situation. Photos of his entry through the wall are actively circulating on social media.

The sight the minister saw inside the college grounds caused him great indignation. The inspection revealed that the roofs of five facilities on the college grounds were missing. Furthermore, the external walls of the college were destroyed in several places, and a proper toilet system for students was not found.

Seeing such a deplorable state of the state international college, the minister expressed deep dissatisfaction with the officials. He requested detailed information from the director and DIOS regarding development work carried out and the budget spent over the past ten years.
