For the Trade Finance Officer (IBG) JMGS-I post, candidates must possess a bachelor's degree from a recognized university or a Forex Operations Certificate from IIBF. Additionally, a Global Trade Certificate from ICC Academy or an International Trade Finance (CITF) Certificate/International Trade Certificate (IIBF) from LIBF is mandatory. Along with this, at least one year of experience in Trade Finance Processing and Operations is required. For the Trade Finance Officer MMGS-II posts, the educational qualification is the same, but the experience requirement is three years.
The age limit varies according to the post. For the Trade Finance Officer JMGS-I post, the minimum age for candidates is set at 21 years and the maximum at 30 years. For the MMGS II scale, the minimum age is 23 years, while the maximum age is 32 years. The age limit will be calculated based on July 31, 2026. Reserved category candidates will be granted a relaxation of 03 to 15 years as per rules.
The salary for these posts is quite attractive. The pay scale for Junior Management Grade Scale-I is ₹48480 to ₹85920/-, while for Middle Management Grade Scale-II, the pay scale is ₹64820 to ₹93960/-. In addition to the basic salary, candidates will benefit from DA, HRA, CCA, Provident Fund, Contributory Pension Fund, NPS, Leave Fair Compensation (LFC), medical facilities, and other allowances.
The most significant feature of the selection process is that no examination will be conducted for it. The criteria are set by the Bank Shortlisting Committee, based on which candidates will be shortlisted and selected for the interview round. Subsequently, a 100-mark interview will be held, and the merit list will be prepared based on the marks obtained in this interview.
