Brigade Enterprises begins residential real estate operations in Coimbatore aiming for ₹600 crore revenue

Real estate company Brigade Enterprises Ltd announced on Monday the launch of its first residential project in Coimbatore, which will be put up for sale, and forecasts a total revenue of ₹600 crore from this future property.

In an official regulatory document, the Bengaluru-based company stated that it plans to construct a residential complex spanning 5.4 acres in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, utilizing the Joint Development Agreement (JDA) mechanism.

The potential revenue from this project is estimated at approximately ₹600 crore. Pavithra Shankar, Managing Director of Brigade Enterprises, noted that Coimbatore possesses all the necessary conditions for a high-growth potential real estate market, including a diversified economy, a vast talent pool, strong social infrastructure, and an active portfolio of infrastructure investments.

Shankar added that demand for quality real estate, in her opinion, will begin to accelerate. She emphasized that the company's entry into Coimbatore is a strategic step in Brigade's expansion across South India, and they are pleased to bring their multi-domain experience to a market ready for the next stage of transformation.
