Durrani Estates launches large-scale outdoor advertising campaign across Dubai

In the real estate market, where brokers' marketing efforts are often focused on individual properties, listings, and short-term lead generation, Durrani Estates is taking a different approach: it is placing the brokerage company's brand at the center of a large outdoor advertising campaign across Dubai.

The real estate consulting and brokerage firm is rolling out its branding on taxis, buses, digital billboards on Sheikh Zayed Road, as well as on billboards at bus stations and digital screens inside buses. This multi-format strategy aims to reach residents, passengers, investors, and property buyers throughout the city.

The campaign is built on the positioning of 'Dubai's Trusted Real Estate Brokerage Firm' and reflects Durrani Estates' commitment to creating a consumer brand for the broker, based on recognition, trust, and long-term memory.

Durrani Estates calls this initiative the first city-wide outdoor marketing campaign in Dubai led by a broker, achieving an outdoor visibility level traditionally associated with major developers and established consumer brands.

Mohammad Ateef, CEO and co-founder of Durrani Estates, stated: 'We believe that Durrani Estates is the first broker brand in Dubai to implement outdoor marketing on this scale. Real estate brokerage should not only be promoted through individual property listings; it must be built as a reliable, visible, and professionally recognized brand.'

Dubai's highly competitive real estate sector attracts developers, brokers, and investors from Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries, India, Europe, and other international markets. As competition grows, brokerage firms are increasingly looking for ways to stand out beyond just having properties, launching projects, and standard lead generation campaigns.

Durrani Estates is betting that brand awareness, professional reliability, and trust can become their own competitive advantages.

Instead of tying the campaign to one specific project, the company places the Durrani Estates identity on multiple high-frequency outdoor touchpoints. The goal is to create repeated exposure, regardless of whether a potential client is traveling along Sheikh Zayed Road, taking a taxi, using Dubai's public transport, or encountering the company through outdoor digital media.

Ateef added: 'Our campaign is not just about advertising real estate. It is about building long-term brand memory and showing clients that Durrani Estates is present wherever Dubai moves.'

Behind the company's growth is the founder's story, which reflects the cross-border audience that Durrani Estates aims to serve. Ateef's journey began in Meerut, Uttar Pradesh, before he moved to Riyadh in 2020, and then arrived in Dubai in 2022.

According to the company, Durrani Estates started its journey in India in December 2022, and its operations in Dubai were established in 2023. Since then, the company has expanded its presence across the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, and India, offering real estate consulting services, brokerage services, and comprehensive property support. This geographical reach has helped shape a business model focused, in particular, on clients who may live and work in one market while investing in another.

The company asserts that for GCC residents and Indian investors considering property in Dubai, its role goes beyond presenting a property or closing a deal. Its focus is on enhancing transparency, accessibility, and relationship orientation when purchasing property, assisting clients at various stages of the investment process.

For Ateef, this ambition is closely linked to his personal journey. He noted: 'My story began in Meerut. Uttar Pradesh is my identity, Riyadh is where I studied, Dubai is where I built, and Durrani Estates is just the beginning.'

The city-wide campaign also reflects a broader shift in how Durrani Estates views the role of a broker. While developer advertising has long been a defining feature of Dubai's roads, skyline, and media landscape, broker marketing has traditionally been more closely tied to individual agents, property listings, and project launches.

Durrani Estates seeks to demonstrate that the brokerage company itself can become a recognized consumer brand. The company's new slogan, 'Dubai's Trusted Real Estate Brokerage Firm,' was developed around this positioning, placing trust at the center of its communication as it expands its presence in Dubai and the wider Gulf region.

Especially for international investors, real estate decisions can involve many stages: from identifying a suitable location and developer to understanding documentation, payment structures, title transfer processes, and long-term investment potential. The company believes that creating a recognizable and accessible broker brand can play a vital role in strengthening buyer confidence.

The campaign launches as Durrani Estates strengthens its operations in the GCC and positions Dubai as a central platform for its next phase of expansion. For the company, Dubai represents more than just an operational market; it serves as a gateway connecting investors from Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, India, and other key markets to one of the world's most internationally active real estate sectors.

As the Durrani Estates identity now appears on roads, taxis, buses, and outdoor digital screens, the company is making significant investments toward one goal: ensuring that clients remember the broker before they begin their next property search.

Social Media Discussion: Why Mumbai's Infrastructure Doesn't Match High Housing Prices Comparable to Dubai and Singapore

Amid rising real estate prices in Mumbai, a question has arisen as to whether buyers should expect the same level of quality in roads, sidewalks, and other public amenities as found in homes priced at 8-10 crore rupees or more. A discussion on this topic recently began on the Reddit platform.

The user who posted compared Mumbai to global metropolises such as Dubai and Singapore. They questioned why the public infrastructure is not improving proportionally to how much the housing prices have reached an international standard in the city's prestigious areas.

According to the Reddit user, for a sum of 8-10 crore rupees in areas like Versova, Bandra, and South Mumbai, one can purchase luxury housing with magnificent features: splendid buildings, marble lobbies, swimming pools, gyms, and private elevators. However, once you leave the building, the picture changes: poor roads, potholes, missing sidewalks, broken streets, and flooding during monsoons are discovered. The user questioned whether Mumbai is receiving the 'price of a global city' when the experience of a global city is limited only to the walls of the building.

The post also noted the strengths of Mumbai. The user acknowledged that Dubai is not a flawless city and highlighted Mumbai's uniqueness—its culture, cuisine, dynamism, and sense of community, which cannot be measured by infrastructure alone. Nevertheless, the question remains: can buyers expect better public amenities when property prices in Mumbai's elite areas approach the levels of the Dubai or Singapore markets?

User opinions on the post were divided. Some pointed out that the space provided in Mumbai is relatively small compared to the property price. One user stated that in Dubai, they found a 1000 square foot lake-view apartment for a monthly rent of about 1.5 lakh rupees, whereas finding similar space in Mumbai for the same budget is difficult. Another user compared a 2500 square foot three-bedroom apartment in Dubai with more compact homes in Mumbai.

Nevertheless, many users refused to take Dubai as a direct benchmark for Mumbai, arguing that the living conditions and lifestyle in both cities are different. One commenter mentioned Mumbai's accessible and extensive public transport system, fast delivery services, and other city advantages, noting that comparing two cities based solely on property costs is incorrect.

According to local real estate market data, housing costs in Mumbai's suburbs can range from 20,000 to 40,000 rupees per square foot, while in prestigious areas, prices for luxury apartments exceed 1 lakh rupees per square foot and reach nearly 3 lakh rupees per square foot. The high prices in areas like Versova, Bandra, and South Mumbai are due to limited land resources and location demand.
