The weather in the mountainous regions of Uttarakhand is constantly changing, and it is raining in many places. However, this does not affect the faith of the followers of Baba Kedar. The pilgrimage to the Kedarnath temple proceeds without interruption despite the rain and changeable weather. Pilgrims from different parts of the country arrive at the shrine for darshan of Baba Kedar, overcoming all difficulties.
Currently, there is a huge crowd of pilgrims at Kedarnath Dham. Despite unfavorable weather conditions and difficult mountain trails, devotees continue to move towards the temple. A large number of pilgrims arrive at the temple premises daily, among whom one can see enthusiasm and reverence in the people standing in queues for darshan of Baba. Shouts of 'Har Har Mahadeva' and greetings to Baba Kedar are heard throughout the shrine.
According to available data, more than 1.473 million pilgrims have already made the pilgrimage to Baba Kedar. Although the weather conditions remain a serious challenge, the enthusiasm of the pilgrims does not weaken. Vinith Posti, a member of the Board of the Badri-Kedarnath Temple Committee, reported that the pilgrimage is going smoothly despite the weather difficulties. He added that constant necessary measures are being taken to ensure the convenience of pilgrims and the organization of the darshan process.
