The Tamil Nadu government has made an important announcement in favor of milk producers. It was announced that the set price for purchasing milk would be increased by three rupees per liter.
Chief Minister C. Joseph Vijay announced this decision during a legislative assembly session. According to CM Vijay, this decision was made in response to requests from milk producers, considering the rising cost of cattle feed.
CM Vijay stated that the purchase price for milk was increased from 38 to 41 rupees per liter.
