Saxena in 2014, demonstrated early potential. The company started with milk subscriptions in Gurugram before transitioning to an inventory management model for food products.
After twelve years of operation, Satvacart was closed, concluding one of the longest periods among early e-commerce startups in India. Saxena reported that before deciding to cease operations, the company explored options for attracting new funding and acquisition.
Concurrently, in Gurugram, real estate firm Smartworks plans to invest approximately 600 crore rupees in the 2027 fiscal year. These funds will be allocated to both existing and future centers in response to the growing demand for flexible and managed workspaces.
In another area, Minus Degre, a company based in Ghaziabad, is engaged in collecting and recycling plastic waste. It transforms this waste into Eco-Panel material, which is then used to manufacture goods for consumers and businesses. The company's products can be adapted for various needs, including furniture, interior solutions, and household items.
Furthermore, there is an issue of healthcare access in rural areas. Five organizations are working to solve this problem by bringing necessary medical care closer to rural India through telemedicine centers and maternal and child health programs.
