Panic erupted in the village of Gadauli Kalan, located in Gurugram Cyber City, when a hissing sound was heard coming from a toilet in a house. Family members were worried for a long time as the sound persisted, but the snake remained unseen.

Information about the incident was passed to wildlife officer Anil Gandas. He arrived at the scene with a team and inspected the bathroom. Upon closer examination of the toilet, the hissing intensified, suggesting that the snake was hiding in a very narrow space inside the seat.

Considering safety measures, the rescue team decided to dismantle the toilet. After removing the seat, a venomous cobra measuring about 6 feet was discovered inside. The team required significant effort to safely extract the snake.

According to wildlife officer Anil Gandas, the reduction of forests and fields due to growing urbanization and constant construction work negatively affects the natural habitat of snakes. In search of food and safe shelters, these animals are now infiltrating residential complexes and homes.

He noted that cases of finding snakes inside houses have increased in recent months. This problem is exacerbated during the monsoon season. Approximately 70 snakes were rescued in August alone, and over 200 snakes have been extracted in the last three months.

The wildlife officer urged people to exercise extra caution during the rainy season. He advised keeping the area around the house clean and monitoring potential snake hiding spots. It is also recommended to avoid sleeping on the ground at night and to use mosquito nets on beds to reduce the risk of contact with venomous animals.

Anil Gandas also advised not to leave food exposed. Food left outdoors can attract rats, which become a food source for snakes, thereby increasing the likelihood of snakes appearing in the house. Therefore, it is crucial to cover food items.

He emphasized that if a person is bitten by a snake, they should not panic but immediately seek medical attention. Wasting time on folk remedies or traditional treatment can be fatal. Timely hospitalization for antivenom administration after a snakebite is vital.

In the case of the incident in Gadauli Kalan, fortunately, the presence of the cobra was detected in time, and the rescue team was able to safely remove it. Nevertheless, the discovery of such a large and venomous snake inside a toilet caused panic among the family and surrounding residents.

At the end of the video, the man looks at the camera while holding the pipe containing the cobra. After the clip went viral, many social media users praised the man's bravery and technique. Nevertheless, some warned about the extreme danger of such an act and advised ordinary people not to attempt to replicate it.
