Sukanya Samriddhi Post Scheme (SSY) allows earning 50 lakhs from interest alone with a small investment

There are government programs that can yield significant profit without risk, offering various benefits, including loans and tax deductions. If you are looking for a similar high-yield government program, we present the Postal Scheme, which can generate 50 lakhs solely from interest.

This program can be registered at the nearest post office. Although it provides substantial profit, only those whose families have a daughter under 10 years old can invest in it. This program is called Sukanya Samriddhi Yojana (SSY).

Under this scheme, an account can be opened in the daughter's name to begin investing. Investments must be made before the daughter reaches the age of 15, after which the entire amount can be withdrawn when she turns 21.

If the investment in this program starts shortly after the daughter's birth, the monthly contributions will be lower. After she reaches 15, contributions can cease, but the interest income will continue to accrue until she is 21.

This program offers a higher interest rate than all other Postal programs. The interest rate is set on a quarterly basis and paid annually. For the quarter from July to September, the rate was set at 8.20 percent.

Under Sukanya Samriddhi Yojana, one can deposit a minimum of 250 rupees per year, and the maximum investment amount is 1.50 lakhs. A maximum of 1.50 lakhs can be deposited in a year, either as a lump sum or in installments, or through monthly payments. Since this program is completely tax-exempt, no taxes are levied on the income received.

If a person invests 1.5 lakhs at the time of their daughter's birth, approximately 72 lakhs will be paid to her when she reaches 21 or the maturity period ends, of which 50 lakhs will be solely interest.
