Thus, over 23 days in India, the film's total revenue reached 27.38 crore rupees.
The film was shot on a relatively small budget—only 2 crore rupees. Achieving a revenue of 27.38 crore rupees allows it to be classified as a superhit or blockbuster. The film's plot is based on the life of Nim Karoli Baba, who passed away in September 1973. His ashram is located in Vrindavan (UP).

Vishal Chaturvedi directed the film, and Shobhanav Satya played Maharaj Ji.
