Vremya Rana released the final episode of India's Got Talent Season 2 on Friday. At the end of this episode, he discussed upcoming series and presented a list of potential participants. The comedian also touched upon criticism regarding the second season, where some viewers noted that the show had become more censored and lost the spontaneity of the previous season.
In the fifth episode of India's Got Talent 2, which aired on Friday, Vremya Rana shared information about the next installment when a message appeared on screen: 'Next episode for OG Latent fans.' The comedian also included a clip from the upcoming episode.
In the clip, Vremya Rana is shown speaking with the audience on stage. He remarked: 'After so many difficulties, I relaunched Latent. So in the first two or three episodes, I softened the approach a bit. Hana? People say: 'The old spirit is gone'.' Following this, in the clip, Vremya Rana greets Rahi Sawant, saying: 'Make some noise for Rahi Sawant,' and the crowd begins to applaud. Then Rahi Sawant approaches the stage, concealing his face with a mask. Now it is interesting what Vremya Rana and Rahi Sawant will do in this episode, and how much it will be filtered.
Previously, YouTuber Ashish Chanchlani defended the Vremya show against claims that the last season was edited. After an online screening of the first episode featuring Alia Bhatt and Sharvari, some viewers questioned the softer version of the show. He wrote on social media: 'Those who say Latent has become too filtered or has lost its charm... just remember that we had to go through a long legal battle over a year, in which we promised to stay within limits and guarantee that history would not repeat itself. It was almost unclear if this show would even return.'
'But somehow Vremya Rana managed to bring it back for all of you. He fought countless battles behind the scenes. The existence of S2 was a difficult, almost impossible dream. Sometimes you have to do certain things... so please support him and enjoy.'
Nevertheless, the final episode of the second season became a subject of debate. Comedians Vremya Rana and Sharon Verma mocked each other regarding the residents of Bihar and Kashmir. Many politicians expressed their opinions on this matter.
