In the current tense atmosphere, it is very pleasant to watch content that brings moments of calm and laughter. Previously, the show 'Laughter Chef,' which combined cooking and comedy, was broadcast on television and won the audience's love. Now, an entertaining game show has premiered on Sony TV, filled with humor. This project was created by Bharti Singh along with her husband Harsh Limbachiya, titled 'Indian Game Show.'
In 'Indian Game Show,' Harsh and Bharti act as hosts and invite famous industry personalities to participate in fun games. They put these celebrities in situations that provoke a lot of laughter. The show started on August 24th, and three couples participated in the first week. One couple consisted of Chandan Prabhakar from 'Kapil Sharma Show' and singer Tony Kakkar. Another couple represented a son and daughter-in-law from the TV world—Karan Patel and Anitu Hasandani. The third couple included influencer and actor Jannat Zubair and Abhishek Kumar.
The format of the show involves a competition between these three couples. Whoever loses the game receives a Punishment. The most interesting aspect is that the couple that loses the most games will receive the harshest punishment at the end of the week.
Four episodes of the show have been released so far, and all of them look amusing. Bharti Singh and Harsh Limbachiya previously released their own game show on another channel, which is still known for its funny games and comedy. Bharti and her husband tried to maintain the same level of fun in the new project, and they succeeded.
The very first episode featured games that are impossible to watch without laughing. Each episode includes about three games, interspersed with funny tasks. The responsibility for the comedic element this time rests not only with Bharti and Harsh but also with Chandan Prabhakar. His sense of humor in the show is impressive; the 'Chandu Chaya' persona remains, reminiscent of Kapil's show.
It is unclear why they are re-showing what has already been done. Abhishek Kumar appeared the most flirtatious in 'Laughter Chef,' and that was justified. But why continue this trend in 'Indian Game Show'? Abhishek tries to maintain chemistry with Jannat throughout the show.
He flirts with any beautiful or attractive girl who appears. In one episode, he flirted with a mother of a child, which seemed overtly forced. Furthermore, the joke about 'old' Anitu Hasandani has become stale and is constantly used in the show. If the creators offered new witty remarks instead, the show would be even more engaging.
Although only one week has passed, many other celebrities are expected to join the show, making it fun in their own style.
