Weight loss is a unique experience for everyone, as individuals use various methods to reduce body mass. Some focus on diet, while others incorporate exercise and an active lifestyle into their daily routine. Recently, content creator Tanya Singh has been attracting attention due to her impressive body transformation. She shared her weight loss journey with her followers via an Instagram post.
She stated that in just 56 days, her weight decreased from 75 kilograms to 66 kilograms. As part of this transformation, she combined dieting with strength training and a daily walk of 10,000 steps. Below is an overview of her diet and daily routine.
Starting the day with boiled eggs
In videos published by Tanya on Instagram, she described her daily routine. She mentioned that since the beginning of this challenge, she has eaten boiled eggs almost every day. She started the day with four boiled eggs, after which she went to the gym. She noted that constantly eating the same food can become boring, so she looks for recipes to include eggs in her diet in diverse ways, which will make maintaining a healthy diet sustainable in the long term.
Gym workouts: back and abs
While at the gym, Tanya performed exercises for her back and abs. Initially, she started with walking on the treadmill to prepare her body for the load. Then she moved on to strength training, which included exercises such as inverted row, forearm plank, barbell bent-over row, and Romanian deadlift.
Lunch: bread, okra, and kidney beans
After her workout, for lunch, she had two slices of bread, okra, one bowl of kidney beans, along with cucumbers and carrots. This plate represents a good combination of carbohydrates, plant-based protein, and fiber. Adding vegetables also increases the nutritional content of the food.
Omelet before filming
Next, she ate a plate of vegetable omelet before heading to the set. Eggs are a good source of protein, and protein foods help maintain a feeling of fullness for longer.
Evening activity - golf
Despite her gym sessions, Tanya also attended golf games in the evening, which further increased her daily activity. After returning home from playing golf, it was time for dinner.
Dinner: fried chicken
For dinner, she consumed four pieces of fried chicken leg with onions and green paste. Thus, throughout the day, her diet included sources of protein such as eggs, kidney beans, and chicken. Throughout the day, she reached the 10,000-step goal. Her journey demonstrates that instead of relying solely on one food or type of exercise, she integrated diet, strength training, and daily activity into her routine.
