The State Property Management Agency of Uzbekistan has put up the one hundred percent state share in Gold Moon Tashkent for an open auction. The starting price for participation in the auction is set at 316.67 billion soms. According to information from E-auksion, the auction is scheduled for September 28th at 10:00.
According to data from the Unified State Register of Enterprises and Organizations, Gold Moon Tashkent was founded in August 2019 and specializes in jewelry manufacturing. The company owns the Phonon plant, located in the Chilkazar district of Tashkent, opposite the campus of the University of World Languages of Uzbekistan and near the Farhad market.
The financial indicators of the enterprise show fluctuations: as of July 1, 2026, Phonon's profit amounted to 33.39 billion soms, but in 2025, the enterprise recorded a loss of 7.8 billion soms. The average number of employees at the plant is 459.
The charter capital of Gold Moon Tashkent is estimated at 444.51 billion soms, while the company's current assets reach 331.82 billion soms. The total debt burden of the enterprise is 305.9 billion soms, and accounts receivable amount to 13.2 billion soms.
The company's production facilities are located in a two-story building with a total area of 11,370 square meters. Additionally, the company possesses a land plot of 2.56 hectares. The book value of Gold Moon Tashkent's fixed assets is 110.75 billion soms, with an depreciation rate estimated at 33.17%.
The sale of the state stake is part of the privatization program approved by the president in March 2023. The sale terms allow buyers to pay for the stake in installments for up to 36 months, or three years, in accordance with the Law on Privatization of State Property.
