According to the recommendation letter, active members of the 'Vatan Tayanchi' movement and teams that won first place in republican military-sports competitions are granted certain benefits.
In the Tashkent region, on August 27, it was announced that members who receive a recommendation from 'Vatan Tayanchi' will be awarded an additional 5% of the total score when enrolling in military, militarized, and law higher education institutions. This procedure is enshrined in a departmental document approved by the Ministry of Justice.
The document specifies that the 'Vatan Tayanchi' recommendation is issued to one member of a squad that actively participated in the movement's activities and successfully completed studies at an educational institution with high grades. This procedure applies to state and non-state schools, presidential, creative, sports, and specialized schools, boarding schools, academic lyceums, and technical colleges.
Furthermore, every squad that graduates from the 'School of Courage' with honors has the right to receive one recommendation. The benefit is also provided to members of teams that took first place in the republican stage of the 'Jasorat Maktabi' and 'Shijoat va G'ayrat' competitions among district youth.
Recommendations are officially issued by the 'Vatan Tayanchi' movement under the Ministry of Defense and relate to the work of educating children and adolescents in the spirit of patriotism and military spirit. Holders of such recommendations receive an additional 5% to the score obtained when taking a test or individual interview upon enrollment in higher military, militarized, and legal educational institutions. For example, if an applicant scores 150 points, an additional 7.5 points are added. This recommendation is valid for three years from the date of issue.
