Among the most expensive homes in the country located in Mumbai is Mukesh Ambani's house, chairman of Reliance Industries, known as Antilia. In addition to it, the list of the ten most expensive houses in the country features luxurious residences of many major businessmen, including Mukesh Ambani's younger brother, Anil Ambani.

One of these entrepreneurs is Gautam Singhania, chairman of Raymond Group. His house, named JK House, turned out to be more expensive than Anil Ambani's residence.

JK House, owned by Gautam Singhania, is located on Altamount Road in Mumbai, near Mukesh Ambani's Antilia. This house ranks second in the list of the ten most expensive residential properties in the country.

Located in the prestigious Altamount Road area, JK House is one of the tallest private buildings in India. The building is 145 meters high and consists of 30 floors. The estimated value of this property is about 6000 crore rupees.

It is worth noting that JK House, valued at approximately 6000 crore rupees, surpasses Anil Ambani's residence, which is located in Pali Hill, Mumbai. Anil Ambani's house, known as Anil Ambani Abode, is a 17-story building with an area of 16,000 square feet and is valued at 5000 crore rupees.
