Omega Seiki Mobility, a company specializing in the production of commercial electric vehicles (EVs), has secured additional funding amounting to 50 crore rupees. The leadership of this round was jointly led by Abhishek Misra (SKG Asset Management & SKG Fund), Unistone Capital, Sanjeev Agarwal Family Office, and Brijesh Parekh Family Office.
Earlier this month, the company had already raised 50 crore rupees from Securocorp Securities, Sangeeta Pareekh, Saket Aggarwal Family Office, and Vanshika Sharma.
The newly acquired capital will be allocated to increasing production capacity, strengthening research and development (R&D), expanding the dealer and service center network, and accelerating the release of next-generation electric vehicles.
Established in 2018, Omega Seiki Mobility builds upon the 55-year manufacturing heritage of Anglian Omega Group. Its clientele includes major companies such as Amazon, Flipkart, Zomato, BigBasket, Porter, Maersk, and Nestlé.
Dr. Uday Narang, founder and chairman of Omega Seiki Mobility, stated that this funding round marks a significant milestone in the company's development. He emphasized that investor confidence validates the company's vision, execution capabilities, and long-term strategy. Over the past eight years, the company has built its business on manufacturing excellence, innovation, and financial discipline.
He also stated that the focus remains on creating scalable solutions in electric mobility that deliver long-term value to customers, partners, and investors.
Omega Seiki Mobility aims to leverage its manufacturing capabilities, diverse product portfolio, and distribution network to create a scalable electric mobility platform. The company plans to expand its presence from cargo three-wheeled vehicles into passenger mobility, premium electric two-wheelers, and light commercial EVs.
Currently, the EV manufacturer operates 150 touchpoints across India and intends to grow this network to 250 by the 2028 fiscal year. Furthermore, as part of the next growth phase, the company is exploring markets outside of India, with Africa being one of the key geographical areas.
In the 2026 fiscal year, the company reported revenues of approximately 333 crore rupees and a net profit after tax of 7.3 crore rupees, achieving an EBITDA margin of 7.7%. According to a recent pre-IPO valuation study cited by the company, Omega Seiki Mobility is valued between 1,775 crore and 2,833 crore rupees.
