Serena and Venus won the US Open women's doubles title in 1999 and 2009. During their participation in this tournament, they played nine times, recording a record of 27 wins and seven losses. They last played together at the US Open in 2022, after which their run ended in the first round. At that time, it was considered Serena's last match in Flushing Meadows.
