According to the analysis results, continued use of inhaled corticosteroids during the first trimester of pregnancy does not lead to an increased probability of adverse outcomes for either the woman or the newborn.
These conclusions were drawn by a group of scientists from South Korea after studying data from over six thousand pregnancy cases. The results of this scientific work were officially presented in the publication JAMA Network Open.
