Currently, a national infrastructure is being formed in Uzbekistan for the processing of space data. This data represents accurate, reliable, up-to-date, and geospatially linked information concerning territories, natural resources, infrastructure objects, population, and economic activities.
Such information is becoming a critically important information resource for state governance and the economy in virtually all sectors.
