Members of the group BlackPink, Lisa and Jisoo, announced the launch of new solo projects just a few hours apart, giving fans two new releases to look forward to.
Lisa presented her upcoming EP titled Press Play on social media. This project is scheduled for release on October 23. Before the EP's release, she will drop the single SaWaDiKa on September 3.
The EP is expected to contain six tracks, and the name SaWaDiKa, which is a Thai greeting, reflects Lisa's Thai roots.
Just a few hours after Lisa's announcement, Jisoo revealed plans for her own solo comeback. According to her agency Blissoo, the singer will release a new single titled Click on September 4.
This release will be her first solo music since the release of Eyes Closed, a collaboration with Zayn Malik, which came out in October 2025. Jisoo hinted at the single's release on social media using a video shot at an amusement park featuring unusual characters and a ticket before revealing the title Click.
This single follows her debut solo EP Amortage, which was released in February 2025. These consecutive announcements coincide with BLACKPINK's tenth anniversary year, as the members continue to work on individual projects alongside group activities.
Fans will now receive new solo music from two members on consecutive days: Lisa's SaWaDiKa will be released on September 3, followed by Jisoo's Click on September 4.
