In this victory, the East Zone team played brilliantly thanks to Shahbaz Ahmed, an IPL player. He made a huge contribution to the game, scoring 167 runs. Furthermore, he acted as a bowler, taking 3 wickets for 20 runs and another 1 wicket for 53 runs.
It is worth noting that East Zone batted first and scored 467 runs. Sudip Kumar Garam contributed to this result by scoring 146 runs. The North East Zone team, batting first, scored 111 runs for 10 wickets, and in the second innings after the follow-on, they were dismissed for 146 for 10 wickets.
