The basalt production complex located in the Farish district of the Jizzakh region has been listed for auction by the Enforcement Bureau via the E-auksion electronic trading platform. The starting price for this asset is 230.526 billion soums, and the auction is scheduled for September 21.
The facility is situated in the Egizbulak mahalla, 32 kilometers from the administrative center of Bogdan district and 26.5 kilometers northwest of the city of Jizzakh. According to public data, the enterprise Basalt Mega Invest Industrial is located on this territory.
The total area of the land plot is 14.86 hectares. The complex includes a single-story production building with an area of 4,631 square meters, of which 4,304 square meters is usable space. The facility is connected to water supply, electricity, and sewage systems.
The auction lot includes both real estate and production equipment, which consists of seven BNV-450 melting furnaces for basalt and three sets of equipment for continuous basalt fiber production.
The sale is contingent upon a decision from the Farish Interdistrict Civil Court issued in August 2025. Currently, this asset is encumbered by two active restrictions imposed by the Enforcement Bureau and a bank.
This is the second basalt plant in the Farish district to be put up for auction by the enforcement bureau this year. The previous lot, the Goldfiber Pro enterprise, was listed in May with an estimated value of 802.87 billion soums.
