Wynn Al Marjan Island has unveiled a new option for ultra-private accommodation—townhouses spanning up to 1110 square meters. These residences offer guests the opportunity to stay in a resort-style residence within the Enclave boutique hotel of the resort.
Located in the heart of the resort, the two-story townhouses are available in sizes ranging from 630 square meters for two-bedroom options to 1110 square meters for four-bedroom units. Booking these properties is exclusively available by prior reservation.
Access to the townhouses is granted through the Royal Foyer, allowing guests immediate access to the entire resort while maintaining a secluded and private atmosphere. Each residence is equipped with spacious master suites and private spa amenities, including a hammam and tepidarium.
Furthermore, guests benefit from living rooms and dining halls, a library, a billiard room, a media room, a modern kitchen, and a bar. The living spaces open onto private landscaped courtyards featuring multiple swimming pools and dedicated wellness areas.
Todd Avery Lenahan, President and Chief Creative Officer of Wynn Design & Development, noted that 'the townhouses go beyond the traditional concept of a villa or penthouse.' He emphasized that this represents an entirely new category of accommodation, defined by privacy, scale, and a level of residential design rarely found in a resort setting.
These townhouses are part of the Enclave boutique hotel, which is part of the larger Wynn Al Marjan Island resort. With their addition, the total capacity at Enclave now stands at 323, including suites, apartments, townhouses, as well as marina and oceanfront properties.
Guests in the townhouses will also have access to a private beach, 24-hour butler service, culinary services, and personal chauffeur transfers. The residences' design incorporates vaulted ceilings, grand staircases, and detailed architectural elements, creating the feel of a private home rather than a standard hotel room.
Lenahan added that 'Enclave was designed as a destination within the resort, and the townhouses take that concept one step further.' He concluded that they possess a unique character created for guests seeking privacy and the permanence of a home within a world-class resort.
