Uzbekistan introduced digital platforms for mahallas to improve resident interaction

Uzbekistan has introduced three digital platforms—Raqamli mahalla, Aqlli mahalla, and Mahalla AI. These systems are designed to implement modern technologies and optimize interaction with residents at the mahalla level.

The presentation took place at the Association of Mahallas of Uzbekistan. The Raqamli mahalla platform allows users to analyze the social situation among citizens and households, identify families in need of assistance, conduct targeted work with the unemployed, and monitor the processing of residents' appeals.

The Mahalla AI system integrates data from 8992 mahallas across the territory of Uzbekistan into a single digital environment. Users can ask questions in simple Uzbek and receive necessary information promptly.

According to data presented at the event, 7786 mahalla chairmen have already registered on the platform. The system provides for 12 different roles for users. Furthermore, participants were shown the results of the Urgench Smart City system, which currently integrates over 300 services.

The presented solutions are intended not only to simplify the work of mahalla employees but also to expand their capabilities in early identification of resident problems, information analysis, and finding targeted solutions.
