Blue Cloud Softech Solutions Ltd announced on Monday the commencement of services under a major $150 million agreement (equivalent to 1,260 crore Indian Rupees) with SpaceX International Ltd., based in Malaysia.
This project is scheduled for 18 months and represents a significant operational milestone. It focuses on infrastructure for enterprise Artificial Intelligence (AI), cybersecurity, and telecommunications integrations.
The total contract value is $150 million, of which $70 million is allocated to AI infrastructure, approximately $25 million to cybersecurity, $25 million to telecommunications, and $30 million to data center solutions.
According to the approved work schedule, the start of service provision and invoicing is expected in the current quarter. The implementation of this collaboration will be carried out through Blue Cloud's American divisions, utilizing the group's capabilities in AI platforms, cyber defense, telecommunications engineering, as well as data center construction and operation.

He also emphasized that this program strengthens the company's service delivery platform in the US and creates a significant four-pronged program.

The scope of work, covering AI infrastructure, cybersecurity, telecommunications, and data center solutions, further enhances the group's international service offering capabilities and supports its next phase of growth.
