The Ruler of Sharjah, Sheikh Dr. Sultan bin Muhammad Al Qasimi, a member of the Supreme Council and Ruler of Sharjah, has approved 4434 scholarships. These scholarships are intended for Emirati students, as well as the sons and daughters of Emirati women from the Emirate of Sharjah, who have been accepted into eight higher education institutions.
The scholarship program covers undergraduate, master's, and PhD levels, with the largest share of funds allocated to undergraduate programs. A total of 3463 scholarships were approved for undergraduate students, along with 722 scholarships for master's students and 249 for those pursuing doctoral degrees.
These scholarships will be distributed among eight higher education institutions in Sharjah: the University of Sharjah, the American University of Sharjah, Khorfakkan University, Kalba University, Ad-Daid University, the University of Arts, the Sharjah Police Science Academy, and the Sharjah Maritime Academy.
This initiative provides financial support to eligible students in various fields of study and at different levels of education, promoting access to higher education throughout the emirate.
