In the city of Srinagar, old cars, scooters, bottles, and other discarded items have been gathered together in a new flower garden that gives a completely different look to waste.
The 'Waste to Wonder' flower garden was grandly opened in Srinagar at Polo View on August 21. This space utilizes discarded items in combination with flowers and plants.
Among the exhibits are an old jeep, an Ambassador car, and a scooter. These items are placed in the garden and decorated with flowers and plants. Even a discarded bumper car found its place in the garden, filled with flowers, demonstrating the possibility of using old things in a new setting.
Hundreds of discarded plastic bottles were also used in the garden. They were neatly arranged and filled with plants, forming part of colorful compositions.
A discarded tractor stands among the flowers, complementing the garden's unusual exhibits. Instead of remaining scrap metal, it has become part of the public space.
The main concept is simple: items that are usually thrown away are used to create decorative compositions, and flowers and plants bring greenery to the vibrant urban landscape.
